DMCA / Takedown Policy

EmbedWave is an embed player interface. We do not host, upload, store, or transmit any video files. The player routes to third-party public sources, and content is served directly by those third parties to the end viewer.

How to file a report

Send a notice to [email protected] including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• The URL(s) on embedwave.cc at issue (embed URLs are enough — include the TMDB ID)
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
• A statement of good-faith belief and authority to act on behalf of the owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

What we do

Valid reports are actioned within 48 hours. Because we address content by TMDB ID, the effective remedy for a title is disabling its embed routes. We keep a record of disabled IDs and re-check them periodically.

Upstream removal

If the infringing file lives on an upstream source, a takedown with us disables the route on our player; the underlying source remains outside our control. We will tell you which upstream(s) served a title on request when technically determinable.
