Terms of Service
By using embedwave.cc (“the Service”) — as a viewer or as an embedder — you agree to these terms.
The Service
EmbedWave provides an embeddable player interface that routes to third-party public sources. We host no video content and make no representations about the availability, quality, or legality of third-party sources.
For embedders
- The Service is provided free, as-is, with no uptime guarantee.
- Don’t use the Service for content or sites that are unlawful in your jurisdiction.
- Don’t proxy, rebrand as your own API, or resell access without written agreement.
- Abusive traffic (automated scraping at scale, DDoS facilitation) gets blocked.
Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service or third-party content reached through it.
Changes
We may modify the Service or these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
