Privacy Policy

Short version: we run a player shell, not a surveillance rig.

What we don’t do

• No third-party ad tags or popunder scripts — not on any page
• No analytics, fingerprinting, or third-party scripts inside embed pages (/embed/*)
• No advertising cookies

What we do

• Standard server logs (IP address, requested URL, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention, kept for a short retention window.
• Google Analytics on this marketing website (landing, docs, guides — pages with a site header). Google receives usage events under Google’s privacy policy. Embed pages never load it — that shell ships no third-party code of any kind.
• When you play a title, your browser connects directly to third-party upstream servers. Those providers see your connection and operate under their own policies.

Embedders

If you embed EmbedWave on your site, your users’ browsers request the player from us. We see those requests in our server logs; we do not build user profiles from them.
